Purpose of the position

Support global Manufacturing & Engineering missions, including collecting and analyzing relevant information from Affiliates (distilleries and manufacturing sites). Support the communication of best practices across the Group (e.g. newsletters, case of studies, etc.) 

Main tasks and responsibilities

1. FOLLOW & ANALYZE INDUSTRIAL PERFORMANCE OF AFFILIATES

  • Analyze Manufacturing KPIs to prepare regular performance updates
  • Contribute to the identification and tracking of efficiencies through the HERO process
  • Support in monitoring the progress of initiatives launched through the L&W analysis

2. GENERATE ASSET REGISTRY FOR DISTILLERIES

  • Collect relevant information of existing distillation units
  • Define a process to secure a regular update of files

3. GENERATE & UPDATE THE ID CARDS OF SITES

  • Update existing Manufacturing ID cards
  • Create new ID cards for distilleries
  • Define a process to secure a regular update of files

4. PILOT A GLOBAL BEST PRACTICES SHARING PROCESS

  • Review, reinforce and relaunch existing sharing processes (e.g. Smart Solutions)
  • Ensure sharing of best practices cover both Manufacturing & Distillation activities
  • Re-launch the quarterly Manufacturing & Engineering newsletter

If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply!

You are enrolled at an Engineering school and are specialized in Industrial or Mechanical Engineer, or equivalent.

Your first experiences on lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, engineering & re-engineering and your financial acumen would be highly appreciated.

You have good command of MS Office; Power BI and AutoCad are a plus.

You speak fluently English; French is a plus but is not mandatory.
