About the Role

Are you ready to drive global procurement strategy in logistics and transport for a leading international company? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Logistics & Transport Category Manager to develop sourcing strategies, optimize supplier performance, and lead transformation initiatives in supply chain management.

In this role, you will:

✔ Define & execute category strategy for global logistics and transport procurement✔ Drive supplier performance through negotiation, selection, and continuous improvement✔ Maximize value creation across cost efficiency, quality, and sustainability✔ Collaborate with key stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, and operations✔ Lead transformation initiatives, including digital sourcing and best practices

Key Responsibilities

📌 Category Strategy & Procurement

• Develop and implement the Global Logistics & Transport Procurement Strategy
• Manage sourcing roadmap to deliver value in cost, security, innovation & sustainability
• Execute sourcing strategies and oversee tenders and negotiations on a regional/global scale

📌 Supplier & Performance Management

• Optimize supplier base, enhance negotiation strategies, and monitor market trends
• Collaborate with strategic suppliers to drive efficiency and sustainability
• Monitor category budget and identify margin improvement opportunities

📌 Stakeholder Management & Transformation

• Partner with Global Supply Chain & Procurement leaders to align on strategy
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with affiliates and business units
• Drive digital sourcing initiatives and contribute to Pernod Ricard’s Global Supply Chain Transformation

Who You Are

✅ Professional Expertise

• 7-10 years in logistics & transport procurement at a regional/global level
• Strong experience in 3PL contracts, transport development & supply chain procurement
• Advanced negotiation, analytical & problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication & presentation abilities

• Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
