Leap is one of the major transformation programs currently at Pernod Ricard. It is focused on designing and build our future proof ERP system, enabling harmonization of all transactional processes across the Group.
The Tech expert will play a key role in ensuring that product-related processes and data within the ERP system are accurately defined, designed, developed. And implemented This role involves deep expertise in the related functional scope from a technology angle.
Your key missions:
- Design : You will contribute to document user stories and related detailed specifications embarking processes, data mapping, interfaces, reports, forms & workflows. Secure convergence (standardization & harmonization) whilst fostering best automation and insights driven activities
- Build & Test : you will be in relation with design activities, contribute to documentation of use cases, tests scripts & data set. Articulate testing to secure E2E integration and user acceptance testing
- Training & Roll Out : you will contribute to document training materials and drive some training activities. Contribute to roll out plan & move to production activities listing & realization
- Post go live : you will support post go live activities as per functional & technical field
- Project Management : you will report on activities in the frame of Program Management, anticipate deviation as per RICEFW plan, identify risk and mitigation plan. Steer to deliver on time, on quality and on budget.

- You have a Master's degree engineering or business school
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience
- You have experience in:
- Consumer goods industry and accounting processes
- Extensive experience in the technical area
- Extensive experience of delivery and large-scale implementation
- You have SAP Savvy in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable modules
- You are fluent in English, French and Spanish are appreciated but not mandatory
