We are looking for a Learning and Development apprentice as of September 2025! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Pernod Ricard University mission:
- The Pernod Ricard University department at Pernod Ricard HQ, in Paris, is in charge of developing and deploying programs tailored to our employees to support the Group’s strategy
- These learning & development activities can be:
- Functional enhancement and upskilling programs
- Transversal skills development
- Leadership curriculum
- À la carte modules, including our Coursera platform
The format of these programs can be online and in-person classes but also e-learnings and MOOCs.
Your key missions
- You will ensure coordination of the roll out of programs (elearnings and “instructor-led” contents)
- Manage the sessions and enrollment, be the key contact for employees, managers and HRs
- Manage our e-learning platform
- Track the programs roll out and the data accuracy
- Manage the feedback surveys
- Monitor the defined KPI and ensure that the focus populations across the company attend the relevant programs, prepare and present analysis and recommendations to our stakeholders (different functions at Group level, the learning & development community)
- You will collaborate on our communication assets:
- Take part to the design of our communications plan
- Produce material (videos, posts, newsletter)
- Prepare and participate to our monthly learning & development community meetings (with learning partners from our different affiliates)
- Regularly post on our dedicated channels the relevant news / information, answer questions and animate the community
- You will contribute to the design of new training programs (instructor-led and e-learnings):
- Organize and attend design workshops with main stakeholders and contributors
- Collect internal / external content (tools, processes, guidelines and business cases)
- Convert theoretical content and examples (internal and external) into learning material
- Create and publish e-learning contents in our tools
- You will contribute to the management and improvement of our Learning ecosystem (Human Resources Information System, Learning Management System, authoring tools, feedback surveys platform etc.)
Depending on areas of interests and the autonomy of the apprentice, more specific missions can be added.
- Main stakeholders: Pernod Ricard University team members (7), global functions like Sales, Marketing, Procurement, HR etc., Learning & Development community among all the affiliates, employees of the Group, partners / vendors

- You have a business school Major in Human Resources, Business Development or Communication or University equivalent
- You have a first experience (internship), ideally in HR
- You are fluent in English (working language), French is a plus.
- You have curiosity, rigor, autonomy and the ability to work in international teams
- Hard skills: project management, communication skills, tech savvy
