It is focused on designing and building our future-proof ERP system, enabling the harmonization of all transactional processes across the Group.

Ready to take a LEAP? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Local Business Roll Out Manager !

The Local Business Roll Out Manager plays a critical role in bridging the Leap ERP transformation project team with Pernod Ricard's global affiliates to prepare for and execute the ERP system rollout. This position requires a strategic approach to ensuring readiness, alignment, and seamless transition across all affiliates, managing the complexities of deploying the new ERP system within diverse operational landscapes.

You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris. 

Your key missions: 

Rollout Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive rollout strategy for the ERP system, ensuring it is tailored to meet the specific needs and contexts of different affiliates while maintaining alignment with the overall project objectives.

Affiliate Readiness Assessment: Conduct thorough readiness assessments for each affiliate, identifying gaps in processes, systems, and capabilities that need to be addressed prior to rollout.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the key liaison between the Leap project team and affiliates, facilitating clear and consistent communication to ensure stakeholder alignment and buy-in for the rollout process.

Build a comprehensive impact assessment to develop the change strategy to drive adoption and engagement all along the journey from communication, preparation, deployment and hypercare.

Training and Change Management: Lead with the training and change management teams to develop and deliver tailored training programs and change initiatives to affiliates, ensuring teams are prepared and supported throughout the transition.

Rollout Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the scheduling and coordination of the ERP rollout across affiliates, overseeing timelines, resource allocation, and milestone achievements to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.

Issue Resolution and Support: Provide ongoing support to affiliates during the rollout process, identifying and resolving issues swiftly to minimize disruption and maintain project momentum.

Post-Rollout Evaluation and Feedback: Conduct post-rollout evaluations to gather feedback and assess the effectiveness of the rollout strategy, identifying areas for improvement and lessons learned for future phases.

If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply!  

  • Master’s degree in engineering or business school

  • At least 15 years of experience in the consumer goods industry

  • Ideally experience across the group, on managing large projects

  • SAP Savvy is a nice to have, proficiency in ERP systems and process management

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional team environment

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Fluent English, French and Spanish appreciated but not mandatory 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
