The Opportunity

Industrial set-up, scale up and qualification of formulas validated by marketing according to industrial, packaging and formula constraints in compliance with Puig quality standards.

What you’ll get to do

Function lead:

-Validate the industrial faisibility of a formula validated by marketing and anticipate potential difficulties

-Determine aesthetical specifications of the formula

-Semi-finished and finished products industrialization

-Industrial set-up, scale up and line trials following

-Build and validate products specifications and range boards

-Determine the production and logistique flow between the different contract manufacturers with developpement team inputs.

Quality culture

-Foster cooperation between teams by maintaining good relations and acting examplarily as a business partner

-Promote the mindset of “quality by design”

-Act as an internal trainer on quality tools and processes

Team Coordination

-Ensure communication between Puig  formulation Team and manufacurers (TPM)

-Participate actively in the elaboration of the group’s global quality strategy, with Packaging, Lab and Quality Directions

-Create the appropriate communication channels with our main internal partners (Quality,Purchasing, Packaging, R&D, outsourcing, plants) so as to encourage teamwork and foster cooperation

-Establish partnership dynamics with our suppliers so as to enable the team’s work

Launches

-Perform preliminary risk assessment, map all projects and define priorities based on risk level

-Participate actively in vendor attribution committee to ensure industrial feasability and confirm TPM are able to meet requirements

-Participate to the main development and industrialization choices with Packaging and R&D teams

-Provide technical support at any stage of the projects

-Ensure quality expectations are well understood by all parties (Puig, suppliers, and TPM), in particular regarding functions and interactions between components and bulk
 

Profile description:

We’d love to meet you if you have

Education : 4/5 years university degree    
Experience : 5 years a in similar position, ideally on brand side  

Skills : 

- Ability to coordinate and work within a cross-functional team and with complex issues proposing suitable and progmatic solution

- Capable of prioritizing duties and manage multiple projects with good attention to details in a dynamic and fast-paced environement    

Position based in Paris office with regular business trips to Italy (Crema area)    

Languages : English fluent.  Italian, French or Spanish would be a plus
