Descriptif du poste

We are seeking a head of marketing who can be both strategic and operational. As agentic AI is a budding field, we are looking for a marketing leader with hands-on product marketing experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the B2B landscape and have a proven track position in technical products. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and position Qevlar AI as a future market leader in a new category.

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Manage Qevlar’s marketing efforts including overall strategy, content marketing, and demand generation.

  • Product Marketing: Effectively communicate our product’s value to cultivate and strengthen our position in a new category in the Cybersecurity space.

  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions.

  • Demand Generation: Lead initiatives to generate qualified inbound leads through multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, partnerships, and community.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.


Profil recherché

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing; experience in cybersecurity is a strong plus.

  • Proven track record of positioning a company as a market leader through a product marketing strategy.

  • Experience in building, structuring, and scaling marketing teams is a plus.

  • Results-focused with a strong orientation toward data-driven, KPI-centric decision-making.

  • Native or bilingual English level.
