As Quadient's ICA EMEA Partner Marketing Specialist you will play a vital role in the demand generation team, focusing on the development and execution of marketing activities aimed at our partner network. You will foster solid relationships with partners and create joint marketing initiatives that drive demand and partner acquisition, all to expand our market reach within a nominated scope of global partners for the EMEA region including but not limited to Western and Central Europe, and the Middle East.

Your role in our future

You will report to the ICA Director, Global Channel Marketing and will largely focus on global system integrator (GSI) partners aligned to the Quadient CXM (Inspire) enterprise portfolio, and some focus on partners aligned to the Quadient Financial Automation SMB portfolio (Accounts Payable and Receivable Automation).

  • You will lead and manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns designed specifically for our nominated scope of global channel partners, and particularly, the GSI portfolio, in line with their objectives and business strategies.
  • You will engage with partners and to co-create powerful joint campaigns that leverage both parties' strengths, aligning with and amplifying our combined market presence.
  • You'll work closely with internal sales stakeholders, global alliances & channels, and regional partner teams to align campaign strategy to business objectives and you'll work with marketing stakeholders, global campaigns, and regional marketing teams to ensure partner activities are integrated with broader demand generation efforts.
  • You will provide marketing tools, resources, and strategies to aid in new partner acquisition, highlighting the benefits of our partnerships and you will customize global marketing strategies to suit the specific needs of channel partnerships while maintaining brand integrity and maximizing local impact.
  • You'll coordinate with sales and partner relations teams to deliver a cohesive experience for partners, from marketing communications to product delivery and you will communicate effectively with stakeholders about campaign progress, results, and requirements.
  • You will manage channel marketing budgets effectively, investing in activities that promise high returns and bolster partner satisfaction, whilst keeping updated on channel marketing trends and innovate best practices to maintain a competitive edge for the company and its partners.


Your profile

  • You possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred), comnbined with proven B2B marketing experience in campaign management and partner marketing.
  • You're a mid-senior Partner Marketing Specialist looking for an opportunity to make your mark in a role which will be defined by you.
  • You can demonstrate demonstrate success in planning and executing marketing campaigns with partners and have a proven track record of successful partner pipeline generation, and implementation of GSI partner programs.
  • You possess advanced project management skills, and are capable of leading multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal English.
  • You are proficent with Eloqua, SFDC.com, paid media and analytics platforms.
  • You have proven experience working within the partner ecosystem in the B2B SaaS sector, including joint go-to-market strategies and partner enablement, with successful enterprise and / or SMB campaign experience.
