We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Legal Specialist to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of commercial matters. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of commercial law.

• You have a Master’s degree in Business Law (LLM).
• You have 3-4 years of experience in a commercial legal role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• You have a strong understanding of commercial law.
• You have proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• You have excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• You have strong business acumen.
• You’re able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You’re able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 
• You’re proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• You have high attention to detail and organizational skills.
• You’re fully fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Last but not least, you have integrity and professional ethics.  

AS A LEGAL SPECIALIST, HERE IS A PREVIEW OF WHAT TYPE OF WORK YOUR DAYS WILL INCLUDE : 

Contract Drafting and Negotiation: 

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to sales agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, and supplier contracts. 
• Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws and company policies. 

Legal Advisory: 

• Provide proactive legal advice and support to various departments, including sales, procurement, marketing, and operations. 
• Advise on legal risks, business strategies, and other issues related to the company’s commercial activities. 

Compliance: 

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection, competition law, and corporate governance. 
• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance. 

Training and Development: 

• Conduct training sessions for staff on legal topics, such as contract management, compliance, and risk management. 
• Stay updated on legal developments and ensure continuous improvement of legal processes.
