🚀 As a Apprentice Digital Growth Marketing at Rail Europe, you will play a pivotal role in our acquisition and retention strategy, working closely with our Paid and CRM Growth Manager. Your efforts will be vital in reactivating our affiliation channels (both hunting and farming) 🌿 and supporting our digital sales initiatives through the creation and distribution of compelling content. 🎨

  • Retention Strategy Development, Execution, and Rollout: Collaborate with the Paid and CRM Growth Manager to develop and execute retention plans, driving customer loyalty and engagement. Support the rollout of these plans to unlock Europe’s potential. 🌍

  • Asset Creation and Management: Produce and coordinate engaging visual assets needed for our digital marketing campaigns, ensuring all created assets align with our brand guidelines. Support with the launch of these assets on our different channels. 🚀

  • CRM Campaign Management: Write and launch CRM campaigns for both B2B and B2C, overseeing creation, targeting, sending, tracking, and reporting. 📊

  • Affiliation and UGC Channel Activation: Lead the activation of our affiliation and UGC (e.g., influencers) channels, managing both hunting and farming activities. 🌿

  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports on channel activities and their impact to internal stakeholders. 📈

  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscapes. 🕵️‍♂️

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain excellent relationships with cross-functional teams, particularly communication and sales. 💼


Profil recherché

🏆 Minimum 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing or a related position in an agency.

🎓 Higher minimum education desired, such as Bac+3.

🗣️ Fluent in English (spoken & written); another language (German or French) is a plus.

🚅 Travel enthusiast & sustainability champion : Strong interest in travel and sustainability.

💻 Proficient with CRM (Marketing Cloud/HubSpot/Brevo/Braze or similar), Canva/InDesign

📌 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coordination, team player, organized, rigorous, and results oriented.
