As a (Sr.) Deployment Manager, you will be responsible for successfully implementing our oncology remote monitoring solutions within German hospitals and practices. From the initial partnership agreement to full-scale adoption, you will ensure seamless integration and optimal usage of our technology.
End-to-End Deployment: Manage the full deployment cycle of our solution in healthcare facilities, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, paramedics, and administrators.
On-Site Presence: Spend over 50% of your time in the field, supporting and guiding medical teams in their transition to remote monitoring.
Change Management & Training:
Conduct audits of care pathways to identify potential improvements.
Train and support users to integrate remote monitoring into daily workflows.
Address concerns, anticipate resistance, and implement strategies to ensure smooth adoption.
Data-Driven Problem Solving: Leverage usage data to analyze adoption patterns, identify obstacles, and propose tailored solutions for better engagement.
Product Feedback & Improvement: Act as the voice of the field, collaborating closely with the product team to enhance our solution based on real-world insights.
Partnership Management: Ensure the long-term success of deployments by maintaining strong relationships with healthcare facilities through ongoing training, patient inclusion management, and strategic coordination.
Methodology & Process Optimization: Contribute to structuring and refining deployment methodologies in collaboration with the Operations team.
Language & Location: You speak German, French and a bit of English and are based anywhere in Germany.
Healthcare Expertise: You have 5 to 10 years of experience in deploying (digital) healthcare solutions either in a provider setting or as a consultant.
German Healthcare System Knowledge: You are deeply familiar with the healthcare ecosystem in Germany and understand its regulations, workflows, and challenges.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills: You excel at building trust with stakeholders, understanding their pain points, and persuading them to embrace change.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability: You can assess complex situations, analyze data, and design effective action plans.
Creative Thinking: You are solution-oriented and can develop innovative strategies to drive adoption and engagement.
Project Management Excellence: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
