In a context of robust international growth, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Expert to join our Professional Services team.

About the job

You’ll be a key actor, reinforcing our cloud expert teams, not only for our M365 customers, but also for other cloud technologies such as Google, in a team of 30 experienced members with a broad range of expertise: Infrastructure, Cloud Specialists, Functional consultants and Project Managers.

You’re customer facing, able to analyze and propose solutions to answer their needs, aligned with our line of business. With a constant innovation mindset, always proposing solutions to develop the business and increase the productivity of our customers.

Core responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure collaboration and messaging systems in cloud environments, based on Microsoft or Google technologies

• Analyze business requirements to identify use cases and define the system configurations.

• Implement custom solutions to meet specific requirements and improve the performance of messaging systems.

• Monitor and troubleshoot messaging systems to ensure high availability and performance.

• Collaborate with development teams to integrate messaging systems with applications and services.

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect messaging systems and data.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud messaging technologies and trends.

• Support the pre-sales cycles with presentations, demos and PoCs

Your qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

• Extensive experience with cloud-based messaging systems, such Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace;

• Ability to design and implement scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant cloud messaging systems.

• Writing: you enjoy writing, you care about words and grammar, you are sharp and thorough

• Already managed multiple projects at the same time, and know how to report progress in a clear and interesting way.

• Language: fluent in French and English.

• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, PowerShell

• Not afraid of challenges, being curious, solution oriented and customer focused.

• Relevant certifications in cloud computing (Google Cloud and Microsoft) are preferred.

Optional qualifications

• Experience with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure)

• Experience in Identity and Access Management (Okta, PingIdentity, Azure AD Connect, SailPoint)

• Capable to design and write scripts
