1. Make plan and preparation for company activities.
2. Administrative work in HR Department. (ex: stationery requisition, placing purchasing requisition order)
3.Recruitment: Assist in the completion of recruitment work, such as candidate screening, interviews, interview report summarization, etc.
4.Training: Assist in completing training-related work, such as training arrangement, training material preparation and record, etc.
5.HR documents management and recording.
6.Other tasks assigned by manager.
7.HSE responsibilities.
1.Majored in English or Human Resource.
2.Fluent in English, able to use MS office software
3.Undergraduate juniors and seniors, with activities plan and organization experience.
4.The duration of the internship is 6-12 months.
