Responsible for providing actions to resolve technical requires from service centers and
engineering facilities, manage/provide support for special projects, works with cross functional
disciplines across the enterprise to ensure timely solutions to critical customer needs. Provide
needed test equipment and/or technical guidance to support capability restoration.
Job Knowledge:
• Knowledge in printer maintenance.
• Knowledge in computer maintenance.
• Ability on problem network detection and troubleshooting.
• Desktop support.
• Ability to interpret lay out drawings.
• Knowledge in lifting equipment.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows operating system (Windows XP, 7 and 10).
• Knowledge in installation network structured cable.
