What you Bring to Safran:
• Juris Doctorate with 3+ years of legal experience.
• Experience working on commercial and defense transaction in the US and preferably in Canada as well.
• Experience working under FAR/DFAR.
• Experience with contracts involving hardware and software sales.
• Excellent negotiation skills both in one-on-on and group situations.
• Strong business acumen, with an understanding of financial/analytical issues with profit and loss implications.
• Ability to closely collaborate cross functionally, specifically with program management, sales managers, sales operations, quality, sourcing, legal, business operations & finance
• International experience preferred.
