Main responsibilities: 

• Strategic Planning and Execution: - Assist the M&S GBU Leader and the leadership team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and operational plans, while monitoring progress on key projects and objectives. 

• Communication and Coordination, Stakeholder Engagement -Coordinate Global M&S SpC Governance to support decision making and information sharing within the organization and facilitate communication between the leadership team and other departments to ensure alignment on priorities and initiatives. 

• Project Management: Lead projects to support the execution of the M&S SpC Compelling Business Needs (CBN) 

• Meeting and Event Management - Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda setting, materials preparation, and follow-up on action items.  

About you 

Experience(s): Experience in Industry, experience working in a manufacturing site is a plus

Education: Engineering or Science Degree or relevant pharma experience
