Global People Business Partner - Digital

About the job

The Global People Business Partner (PBP) Digital works as a trusted strategic partner and advisor to the selected members of the Digital leadership team and their teams, in designing innovative P&C concepts and approaches aligning business objectives, overcoming any people challenges.

The person in this position translates the global Digital strategy and People strategy into plans and execution including, SWP, organization design and change management, Leadership and talent development, DE&I, and employee engagement, relevant to the business parymeters and geography. The Digital PBP has a strategic role in supporting the Digital Business Leaders and the Digital transformation globally. It is a position for a hands-on and action-oriented individual that does not hesitate to get out of its comfort zone.

Main responsibilities:

• Bring to life the people agenda by advising, influencing and providing coaching to business leadership teams.
• Contribute to the Global SWP (Strategic Workforce Planning) for Digital by providing perimeter view;
• Advice and facilitate the business/organization changes (e.g., mergers, divestiture, etc.) in conjunction with other People Business Partners;
• Provide inputs and review global hiring progress. Support the business in hiring talent in leadership team.
• Drive the talent agenda with business leaders, by establishing talent reviews and quality succession plans to build best-in-class talent density and follow through key development activities and engage with talents;
• Leverage local people insights to support local initiatives/projects and to provide voice of customer for any global initiatives;
• Promote Sanofi DEI and culture through Your Voice and people engagement actions;
• Coordinate and manage the perimeter projects to overcome people challenges or upskill/reskill initiatives in close partnership with local P&C teams;
• Build and leverage internal and external networks to achieve desired results for the benefit of the Company.

You bring a wealth of experience in human resources management, particularly in partnering with businesses in multinational settings.

• Fluent in French with excellent communication skills and proficient in English.
