About the job
You will contribute to the acceleration of mRNA vaccines and therapeutics by bringing your digital skills and experience of GMP Tech Transfer science and business processes to ensure the delivery of Data Science, AI/ML and Data programs and products as part of the Data and Computational Science team in the mRNA Center of Excellence. Our team brings end to end data integration, digital tools and advanced analytics in the mRNA CoE.
In this role, you will contribute to deploy data & digital solutions required in GMP, Tech Transfer space to ensure interoperability and readiness with data and digital products used in Manufacturing.

Main responsibilities:
- Deliver the roadmap of digital solutions in the mRNA GMP Tech Transfer space. More specifically you will be involved in the deployment of large and strategic programs which aim at transforming our ways of working in GMP space, going paperless to improve productivity & cycle time, enabling accessibility, interoperability, and truthfulness of data from CMC to Manufacturing, facilitating the capture of critical data to feed analytics for flawless execution (eg Data Continuum, iCMC, Quality by Design, lab & factory digitalization: electronic Batch Records, QC LIMS, etc)
- Participate in the definition of mRNA CoE data & digital strategy and in the establishment of individual project roadmaps
- Gather user requirements applicable to the scope and participate in the identification, deployment, or development of digital solutions
- Chairs and manages programs and projects reviews with the appropriate business areas and related service-line/strategic digital programs leaders; Sets up and maintains detailed program and projects roadmaps and interactions. Reports on program progress, issues and achievements. Escalate impediments, help manage risks
- Write user stories and propose a prioritization
About you
Experience:
- A first work experience in R&D or manufacturing environment delivering Digital and Data related projects in agile methodology. Experience working in a GxP regulated environment. Experience working with CMO/CRO
- Experience in vaccine Tech Transfer is a plus
Education:
- Master’s/PhD in Process Informatics, or STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) preferred or equivalent experience with solid understanding and application of data/digital strategy and governance
Soft and technical skills:
- Ability to act as a translator between data and analytics and the business, ensuring business value is achieved through data and AI products
- Product and program management skillsets and ability to lead and manage agile teams
- Change management with the capability to build team momentum and generate enthusiasm
- Experience working cross-functionally in large organizations to solve complex problems and treat large amounts of information
- Relationship-oriented with the ability to communicate meaningfully and influence all levels of stakeholders
- Highly flexible and adaptable individual able to thrive in a fast pace and transforming environment
- Structured, goal-oriented, and highly motivated
Languages:
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- French is a plus
