Our team:
As People Business Partner, Key Markets, Vaccines, you will be an active member of both the Sanofi Vaccines Key Markets Leadership Team and the Global P&C Vaccines leadership team, with a direct reporting line to the Head of P&C Vaccines.
You will lead the Vaccines P&C network within Key Markets and be accountable for developing and implementing the People Strategy aligned with the business ambition and outlook, the Global People priorities and the Ket Markets environment.
Main responsibilities
- Develop an effective organization that ensures business growth and sustainability through optimal and agile structures, resources, and capabilities
- Build a recruitment strategy that ensures the traction of a diversified talent pool, both internal and external. Contribute directly to the recruitment of the Vaccines leadership team members, and their leadership teams
- Lead the People development efforts through a compelling Talent Roadmap that supports Managers and Employees in their development and career plans; identify and track related KPIs
- Contribute to the Leadership development, to build capabilities for critical competencies and skills, in key area of the business
- Support the Cultural transformation through initiating and coordinating change initiatives and modernization efforts
- Ensure the compensation practices meet the People engagement and performance strategy of the GBU
- In order to deliver the priorities, you will partner closely with key expert teams at regional and Global level: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Reward and Performance, Leadership Development.
About you
Education
- Desirable Master's degree in HR management or business-related subject
Experience
- Significant experience in HR management roles or broad leadership roles, ideally with international exposure
- Successfully supported large, high growth business and coaching senior leadership teams
- Experience in definition and / or implementation of HR strategy in a diverse environment
