Descriptif du poste

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our clients’ success. Leading an in-house and external team, you’ll rapidly develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies to surpass our clients’ traffic, conversion, lead gen and retention goals. In a fast-paced, international environment, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Crafting and executing comprehensive online marketing strategies (SEO, SEA, SMA, Emailing, ABM, Outbound, Inbound, Content)

  • Building media plans, budgeting, and managing timelines

  • Implementing tracking, data studios, and necessary tools for performance measurement

  • Help launching campaigns across various channels, optimizing for ROI

  • Monitoring and optimizing client accounts, proposing strategic actions

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners

  • Analyzing data, iterating, and providing insightful reports

  • Building strong client relationships

  • Contributing to internal projects and supporting sales efforts


Profil recherché

Are you a digital marketing wizard with at least 5 years of experience?

We’re looking for a Senior growth Marketing Manager who is a master of at least two channels (ABM & Lead Gen, Google Ads or Meta Ads, Inbound Marketing / CRM- Email Automation) and has a proven track record of driving growth in B2B or B2C companies. You’re a strategic thinker who’s not afraid to get your hands dirty.

Key qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in a scale up, consultancy firm or agency environment.

  • Deep expertise in at least two digital main channels.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English and French, German, Italian is a plus (other language more than welcome).
