As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our clients’ success. Leading an in-house and external team, you’ll rapidly develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies to surpass our clients’ traffic, conversion, lead gen and retention goals. In a fast-paced, international environment, you’ll be responsible for:
Crafting and executing comprehensive online marketing strategies (SEO, SEA, SMA, Emailing, ABM, Outbound, Inbound, Content)
Building media plans, budgeting, and managing timelines
Implementing tracking, data studios, and necessary tools for performance measurement
Help launching campaigns across various channels, optimizing for ROI
Monitoring and optimizing client accounts, proposing strategic actions
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners
Analyzing data, iterating, and providing insightful reports
Building strong client relationships
Contributing to internal projects and supporting sales efforts
Are you a digital marketing wizard with at least 5 years of experience?
We’re looking for a Senior growth Marketing Manager who is a master of at least two channels (ABM & Lead Gen, Google Ads or Meta Ads, Inbound Marketing / CRM- Email Automation) and has a proven track record of driving growth in B2B or B2C companies. You’re a strategic thinker who’s not afraid to get your hands dirty.
Key qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in a scale up, consultancy firm or agency environment.
Deep expertise in at least two digital main channels.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and French, German, Italian is a plus (other language more than welcome).
