Such as Finance & Administration Director, you report directly to Morgan, Group CFO and work with G&A departments in Poland and through the group.
Your key responsabilities are :
👥 Human Resources Management :
Implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the group’s objectives
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and promote a positive organisational culture
Work in collaboration with the payroll service provider to produce pay slips and social security declarations
💶 Financial Management :
Manage the budgeting, financial planning and reporting processes in accordance with Group policies
Monitor and control expenditure to ensure alignment with approved budgets
Liaise with external auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Ensure the implementation of security and the optimisation of internal control
🧑⚖️ Governance and Compliance :
Support the board and executive leadership in implementing governance frameworks
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
Organize and document board meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes recording
🧾 Billing and Debt Recovery :
Oversee the billing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Improve the invoicing process and data accuracy to ensure high data quality for the Group
Develop and enforce effective credit and collection policies
Monitor outstanding debts and implement recovery strategies
🤵 Operational Leadership :
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation
Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and decision-making
Provide strategic advice to the group to support organisational growth
You will have at least 10 years’ experience in finance and administration management, ideally in a SaaS environment. With a degree in Finance/Business Administration, you are fluent in Polish and English, French being an advantage.
You have demonstrated your ability to lead teams effectively and implement improvement strategies. Your analytical mind, problem-solving skills and strong leadership, combined with developed emotional intelligence, will make you a valuable asset to our team.
