We're looking for a Verification Engineer in electrical protection and control with a passion for complex environments to join our R&D team specializing in the development of protections in the field of electric power transmission and distribution management (PowerLogic P7)You will be part of a 6-person team working with SaFe Agile methodology.Your missions :

• Write test plans and associated scenarios
• Develop test automation scripts
• Adapt target project configurations and architectures, defined by operational teams, within an R&D framework
• Execute test campaigns
• Investigate and write up any anomalies encountered

Your profile :With an engineering background in Electrical Engineering and/or Industrial Computing, you have a broad spectrum of knowledge enabling you to grasp our broad portfolio and adapt to the constant technological evolution of our product ranges.

• Digital protection (including distance protection)
• Ethernet networks and configuration of their components
• Cybersecurity
• Computer programming for the development of test automation tools (Python, MATLAB)
• Knowledge of low-current electrical wiring
• Operating system knowledge: Windows, Linux, Virtual Machine
• Automation
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) essential
• Ideally you know the Schneider protections relays products
