Schneider Electric France recherche un médecin du travail à temps partiel pour un site Tertiaire de Grenoble !Directement rattaché au Directeur médical, le Médecin du travail aura en charge un site tertiaire de 1500 salariés. Il sera aidé dans ses missions quotidiennes par 2 infirmières en santé au travail.Les missions spécifiques du médecin du travail seront plus particulièrement :- Réaliser le suivi médico-professionnel de l'ensemble du personnel de son secteur dans un objectif de prévention et de promotion de la santé physique et mentale, tout au long de vie professionnelle.- Assurer les visites médicales réglementaires en santé au travail- Organiser les soins d'urgence - Mobiliser les outils des accords d'entreprise dans le cadre du maintien en emploi des personnes en situation d'handicap ou de la prévention des RPS. - Mener des actions sur le milieu professionnel dans le but de prévenir les risques pour la santé physique et mentale au travail > en favorisant le développement de la prévention des risques professionnels, notamment primaire;> conseillant l''encadrement pour identifier, supprimer et/ou réduire les risques professionnels existants> mobilisant les ressources des équipes d'expertise pluridisciplinaires (IPRP) de la Direction Santé au travail afin de compléter l'analyse des situations de travail et proposer à l'employeur des actions de prévention.- Assurer les activités connexes qui lui incombent :- en participant au CSE et ses sous commissions - en animant hiérarchiquement les infirmières du travail de son secteur - en contribuant aux réunions des médecins du Groupe, aux réunions des professionnels de santé et aux commissions médico-techniquesProfil :Médecin inscrit au Conseil National de l'ordre des médecins, vous êtes titulaire d'une spécialisation en médecine du travail (CES, DES) et justifiez idéalement d'une première expérience de médecin du travail dans un environnement industriel et/ou tertiaire. Vous disposez d'un bon sens relationnel et d'écoute, d'une capacité de dialogue et de conviction et d'un goøt prononcé pour le travail en équipe. Vous savez faire preuve de pédagogie et interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés en environnement pluridisciplinaire et international.
