Our Electrical Vehicle offers are part of Schneider Electric's Prosumer business.This business focuses on designing EV charging hardware products and the associated softwares to manage integrated EV charging solutions.You will join the Engineering department and manage 15 engineers working on the entire offer development : electromechanical, electronic, system and firmware engineers.Your role :You will allocate your team resources according to the projects roadmap priorities, develop people competencies & engagement and drive performance to develop best-in-class EV charging systems.Your missions :

  • Hire / onboard / allocate the internal & external resources enabling the team to reach its objectives
  • Secure optimum allocation on projects, minimizing residual, adapting both volume and skills level to the team challenges
  • Build high-performance team with continuous coaching, feedback, competency development and on the job training. Manage performance and recognition.
  • Make sure top down and bottom-up communication is well organized. Ensure team engagement is at excellent level to drive high quality delivery
  • Drive a culture of customer centric innovation, R&D excellence and agility
  • Drive platforming, reusing and efficiency improvement strategy R&D perimeter
  • Manage and control the budget (CAPEX & OPEX) of the teams in compliance with the Product Owner orientations / Board Of Change requests / R&D situation
  • Drive and nurture potential inventions and support intellectual property creation
  • Drive and sponsor cooperation with other R&D teams, suppliers or partners for technology deployment in alignment with offers management
  • Contribute to the R&D digital transformation
  • Ensure knowledge development, capitalization and promotion
  • Drive Health and Safety measures deployment (for the technical lab facility)
Your profile :
  • Master degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or Embedded Systems
  • Minimum 5 years of embedded software development experience on system offers or intelligent electronic devices
  • And minimum 4 years team and people management experience (hierarchical)
  • Proven track record of leading complex technical offer development projects working with all stakeholders (mechanical, electronic, electrical & firmware)
Your skills :
  • Strong leadership competencies to inspire and lead in a fast changing environment
  • Change management experience
  • Fluent English (oral and written) is a must (international experience)
  • Domain knowledge on Electrical Power system engineering would be a plus
  • Strong system delivery and system V&V experience
  • Agile delivery practical experience
  • Open minded, collaborative with teams from other locations around the world and able to coach team members in both soft and hard skills
