As a key member of the finance team, you will play a central role in managing the sales cycle for our SaaS and Professional Services solutions.
Support the sales teams in preparing and sending out sales proposals and responses to invitations to tender, including management of administrative documents and assistance in drafting bids.
Rigorous order entry and follow-up, ensuring accurate pricing and compliance with deadlines.
Complete management of the invoicing process and payments within Sekoia’s internal systems.
Management of customer debt collection, including reminders and follow-up.
Preparation of accounting elements required for monthly closings.
Updating and optimization of the invoicing tool, including the drafting and automation of processes.
Active participation in the continuous improvement of the sales system (activities, processes).
Manage the delivery of licenses and monitor the opening of accesses with the support team.
Contribution to the preparation of periodic reports (ARR, Sales, Margin) and key performance indicators in collaboration with the Sales and Finance teams.
Be the referent for all revenue recognition issues at Sekoia.
Proactive approach to revenue data and reporting issues.
📍 The position can be based in Paris or Rennes. Professional trips paid for by the company might be required.

You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS tech company in a similar role, specifically in a startup or scale-up environment.
You are familiar with our commercialization model and have a strong understanding of subscription-based business models.
You are fluent in French, and proficient in English.
Experience with tools such as Excel, Hubspot, and MAXIO is a plus!
Understanding of client accounting is also appreciated.
You are highly motivated and ready to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
You have strong communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and team members.
You demonstrate strong organizational skills and an ability to manage your time effectively.
