Le poste

Descriptif du poste

You will join the adventure from the beginning, and you will contribute to the growth of the company in Europe. You will work in a multicultural company & offices (job based in the city center of Paris). As a Product Owner & CRM Dynamics 365 assistant, you will assist the co-founder to develop and improve B2B tools including: B2B website & CRM Dynamics 365 to improve performance of Sales Team.

As such, you will conduct the following workstreams:

  1. Lead Management: Generating B2B leads for the salesteam

• Using scrapping tools to generate and qualify leads

• Lead management strategy definition and improvement with the co-founder

  1. CRM supervision

• Creating new e-mail templates and sequences in CRM

• CRM control and optimization

• Develop new features in CRM to improve Sales Performance : quote & invoice automatization, new fields, integrate sales tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator or Appolo…

• Develop tracking tool for your manager using Power BI

  1. B2B Website

• Creating a V1 of the current B2B website to attract new B2B customers

Remuneration: based on experience - starting from 700€ brut for bachelor internship to 900€ brut for end of studies internship with experience in .Net & CRM Dynamics configuration.

Profil recherché

• You are fond of challenges; you are proactive and ultra-motivated by being ambitious to be part of the growth of start-up

• You love reviewing and analyzing sites in the areas that can be improved and optimized

• Excel is your best (or one of your) friend

• You already worked on a CRM (CRM Microsoft Dynamics is a plus!)

• You enjoy human relations and so you are dynamic

• You are passionate or just very curious about the hot beverages market

• You have experience in collaborating, presenting, and reporting to/with team members
