In this position, you will collaborate with other cross functional team of Supply chain /NPI/NPD/ME/Testing/OEM -Tier1 / Tier 2 Suppliers and Global Team to drive the quality improvement activities through the entire product life cycle( starting from product prototype to product end of life) and you will also leverage your experience and learning to positively impact the organization and meet our goals to deliver the 5stars product to the consumers around the world.Working under the supervision of the Ninja Quality Manager / Senior Manager , the full-time Assistant Manager for Supplier Quality Management (SQM) / Supplier Quality Development (SQD) and tasks assigned by direct line manager .This job task will support OOC activities and platform for Supplier Quality Development (SQD) with close coordination with OOC quality teams and CN Ninja SQD leadership .

LOCATION: Shenzhen – for CN and OOC

Travel Requirements - going to sub suppliers factories (tier2) or OEM ( tier 1) and OOC

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:• Overall SQD window for OOC ( outsite of china ) operations . • Managing the OOC SQD function , from planning ,to leading , organizing , coordinating ,driving , and taking lead or initiating in order to complete the requirements . • Directly leading and driving all cross functional teams , including the global team , for all related to SQD and CCL – critical component list.• Carry out sub supplier validation audits, sometimes with other Ninja teams together . Normally this audits are for legacy and sustaining performance of sub suppliers process , align with OEM issues .• Support the validation requirement at sub suppliers (tier2 ) and alignment at OEM factories ( tier1) to solve quality issues or learning at OEM (tier1) process to get full insights of parts application . Normally this tasks require more days staying onsite as tour of duty .• Support new product launches to ensure sub suppliers are capable of delivering to the required quality standards and process VEGA CTQs in-placed• Reviews and manage the root cause analysis and corrective actions process of sub supplier quality issues.• Perform on-site sub supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of supplier quality issues.• Review and evaluate sub supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain.• Where appropriate work with the supplier directly, create corrective action plans to address processfailures.• Review supplier manufacturing processes collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and valueenhancement opportunities.• Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Lean, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), Measurement System Analysis and FMEA (Failure Mode and EffectsAnalysis).• Manage the development and refinement of Design and Process FMEA’s (Failure Mode and EffectsAnalysis).• Review documentation of inspection results across all areas. In appropriate functional areas, this refersto supporting inspection and test status requirements defined by regulations, engineering productspecifications or Control Plans, PPAP approval or product warrant submission.• Monitor and report on sub supplier product quality and performance understanding any commercialissues and impacts.• Manage the Sub Supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Manage customer PPM (Parts per Million), supplier PPM, supplier problem solving on time, costrecovery and supplier warranty indicators.• Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management System.• Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices/designs and future trends for sub suppliersprocess• Undertake personal continuous training and development that can help for the sub suppliersmanagement• Manage, coach and develop a high performance for Sub Supplier Quality team that meets agreedobjectives, and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:• Bachelor’s Degree in electronic/mechanic/other engineering background• At least 5 year working experiences in multinational companies preferred;• At least 5 years experiences in Supplier Quality Management (SQM) / Supplier Quality Development(SQD )• Familiar in quality auditing method , familiar in ISO /TS standards• Familiar with basic quality tools and auditing tools• Can communicate in English – both writing and speaking• The job requires more business trip to OOC and within China , as visiting and follow up sub suppliers aremostly required . There are times staying longer onsite as tour of duty , this maybe sub suppliers (tier2 )or at OEM ( tier1).• Must be proficient in Microsoft ( power point , excel , word, and others )• Good communication skill/ team work spirit and build the good interpersonal relationship with otherdepartment.• Can work independently under pressure and accept the frequent business trip per required.• Can use the English(good oral/listening skill) to communicate with US/UK colleague• Proficient at the Microsoft office software—Excel/PPT/Word/Teams• MUST Equipped with the knowledge of DOE/Tolerance stack analysis/DFA/DFM/ other Statistical tools orfamiliar on the SPC• Equipped with the knowledge of understanding the material processes including the molding injection,stamping, die-casting, CNC Machining , and other relevant processes• Grasp the basic stastical/Minitab knowledge.• Equipped with the knowledge of APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA
