Strategic Business Intelligence and Analytics

• Develop and lead a comprehensive business intelligence strategy that aligns with SharkNinja’s strategic goals.
• Oversee the design and deployment of BI solutions and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, DOMO) to drive actionable insights.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and operational data to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide high-impact dashboards, visualizations, and presentations for executive leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact between BI and global teams, including Finance, Product Development, Operations, and IT.
• Drive alignment on data priorities, establish governance frameworks, and foster organizational transparency.
• Partner with leadership to deliver concise updates on KPIs, trends, and opportunities for growth.

Leadership in Data-Driven Innovation

• Lead the development and execution of global analytics programs to improve business agility and performance.
• Establish processes to improve data accuracy, governance, and accessibility across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to implement machine learning and AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics and decision support.

Financial and Operational Insights

• Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Drive scenario planning, forecasting, and cost modeling for new business opportunities.
• Develop tools and dashboards to improve visibility into performance metrics, margins, and cost efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA, M.S.) are highly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy within a multinational organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, DOMO) and enterprise data platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Strong background in analyzing large data sets, financial modeling, and leveraging insights to guide strategy.
• Proficiency in managing global teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
