OVERVIEW:

• We seek a talented NPD QA Engineer, focus on Cooling projects at Zhejiang or Guangdong area, to work with a dynamic and dedicated NPD QA team to successfully launch products in line with our global go-to-market strategy, based in Suzhou or Shenzhen, China.
• You will have the quality mindset that how to secure the quality by identify the risk/ push and lead the team to mitigate the risk from design starting. Will also build and develop the quality mindset of the partner around you (include cross function team especially NPD/ NPI Engineering and OEM).
• SharkNinja has a very fast-paced development environment so your ability to understand the product and identify the risk and lead engineering teams to take action to mitigate risk during the fast-moving style is critical.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

Responsibilities:

• To Manage Ninja Quality NPD Team for Coffee product to ensure the customer voice is converted into product primary function clearly.

管理制咖啡机新产品前期设计品质保证小组， 与美国设计部门沟通，审查客户声音是否正确转化为产品设计规格书特性。

• To manage the risks during the NPD process including identify, communicate and coordinate the discussion on project risk assessment. 管理项目在前期开发中的主要风险点包括对项目风险的识别，沟通以及组织讨论
• To coordinate the EB build and ensure conditions of EB starts is met before EB.
• 从质量的角度组织工程试产，确保EB开线前的条件均能满足。
• To review the Jira and ensure to use the correct RCA/5whys approach.

评审项目问题点清单，确保问题分析至少使用RCA及5WHY方式；

• To review the design and prototype from DFM & VAVE &design for automation point view.
• 依手板进行设计评审，可制造性、价值工程及自动化装配为评审基本原则。
• To review the design, ensure the NUDD is fully validated from tolerance stack and FEA or testing.

评审产品设计，识别出新特异难处并确保NUDD有充分给予设计验证，通常通过公差分析及有限元分析和实验测 试之方法。

• To review the DFMEA with US/UK team and OEM supplier and ensure the main risk items are tracked.
• 参与美国/英国团队及代工厂评审DFMEA并跟踪高风险项目；
• Deliver key NPD Quality Work Packages to Robust design and Safe Launch.
• 按时按质交付NPD质量主要工作任务以确保设计强健并安全投入大指生产；
• Drive Continuous Design Optimization Improvement for existing products.
• 协助跟踪初期设计优化活动；
• Support the Process Control Plans & PFMEA/DQTP quality activities and reviewed on an ongoing basis
• 支持制程FMEA/质量控制计划评审，确保关键点有覆盖；
• Support 2/3 tier supplier quality development plan;
• 支持2级3级重点供应商质量提升活动；
• Organize the project and product lesson learnt, add ensure the lessons are converted to standardization design check list, management lessons are taken the process improvement plan.

项目结束后主导经验教训总结，设计教训链接到标准化设计检查清单中，管理教训进行流程改进；

Skills:

• 8 years+ working experience in a manufacturing environment. 8年以上制造型企业工作经验；
• At least 5 years mechanical design experience is a must, in home appliance product category especially Coffee machine is preferred.
• 必须至少5年以上机构设计经验，小家电行业产品行业特别是从事过咖啡机产品的候选人优先；
• Solid sills on cooling knowledge 在制冷方面有扎实的经验
• Extensive Top Management experience in Design & New product introduction, has quality management experience is preferred, but not a must. 有设计及产品导入管理经验，有质量管理经验理更佳，但不是必须项。
• Fluent spoken English skill is a must;英文口语流利
• Strong tolerance analysis capability, strong knowledge in molding processes. Tooling, molding problem solving skills is 有较强公差分析经验，注塑模具设计经验，有成型问题解决经验更佳
• Strong leadership. Good internal communication skill. 较强的领导力及国际合作沟通技巧。
• Demonstrated high level of confidence and self-motivation 较强的自信力及自律能力
• Strong sense of responsibility and high level deliverability 高度责任感并以结果为导向
• Practical experience in metrology, test, inspection and analysis techniques 有测量、检验分析之实战经验
• Have basic knowledge of quality tools to drive supplier quality professionally 有基本品质工具知识

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline for top universities, Master’s, or Advanced Degree will be a plus.
• 3+ years’ experience in engineering or product engineering experience, working from Concept through to Continuous Production Support.
• Good English speaking with presentable communication, and mandarin speaking is a must
• Can support traveling when needed;
