    👩💻👨 Mission

    As the Regional Manager in Iberia, you will be the driving force behind our growth in the Region, starting with Portugal. You’ll lead business development efforts, directly close deals, and ensure operational excellence while building and mentoring a talented team. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution will be critical to achieving 2x GMV growth within 12 months.

    You will report directly to the VP of Sales, and will regularly provide updates on the performance of the region to the top management of the company. On day one, you will lead a team of 4 people, and collaborate closely with our HQ team.


    🔨What you will do

    🚀Business Development & Sales Leadership:

    • Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to achieve 2x GMV growth in 12 months, working closely with the VP of Sales and VP of Marketing.
    • Build and execute an appropriate go-to-market strategy for the next 24 months
    • Close new deals and drive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key players in the Portuguese live music event industry.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand our presence and close deals.
    • Collect client feedback, identify areas for improvement, and work closely with the Product team to enhance our offerings.

    💅Customer Operations Excellence

    • Oversee and support the customer operations team, with the support of HQ, ensuring seamless client experiences and alignment with company goals.
    • Optimize regional operations by implementing efficient processes and collaborating with HQ enablement teams, including Revenue Operations & Business Operations.
    • Develop localized playbooks for Field Operations, Account Management, and Marketing with the assistance of HQ team to ensure consistency and scalability.

    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
    • Lead team rituals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.
    • Motivate and develop talent within the team, ensuring cross-border collaboration and alignment with global best practices.

    💡 What we're looking for

    • 🚀5 to 7 years of proven experience in business development and sales, including as an individual contributor, with a track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth - ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment
    • 🥇Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
    • 🎶Deep understanding of the live music event industry and a robust network of contacts in Portugal.
    • 🛠️Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer service and operational efficiency.
    • 🧑‍🏭A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
    • 🌐Fluency in English and Portuguese, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Spanish a strong plus.

    This role is primarily based in Lisbon and will involve frequent in-person meetings and travel.
