The Opportunity

Are you a driven and results-oriented professional? Silvr, a leading Fintech company, is actively seeking a Sales Administrative position to join our Ops department with a primary focus on collecting all needed documents to perform an analysis. As one of the fastest-growing players in the industry, we are looking for a highly talented individual who is self-motivated and eager to contribute to our success.


Responsibilities

  • Gain familiarity with the typology of documents utilized in our work, such as BWAs and SuSAs, and develop a comprehensive understanding of bank statements from various financial institutions,
  • Collaborate with our BackOffice team to identify all missing and needed documents,
  • Collaborate with German Sales and Risk team to generate warm leads and smoothly transition them into the deal-closing pipeline,
  • Establish instant rapport with customers via telephone and email to build successful relationships and collect the missing information,
  • Follow and execute all your tasks.

Key Skills For Success In The Role

  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email,
  • Customer-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail,
  • Understanding of CRM (Hubspot is a plus) and financial documents.

What we’re looking for

  • Native level of German. English professional level,
  • A customer-oriented person with strong communication and persuasion skills, capable of convincing and engaging people,
  • A dynamic person, used to working independently in fast-paced environments and with great organizational skills,
  • A previous experience with a CRM or VoIP tool.

  3. 45mn’ video Interview with Wassim, your future manager.
