Le poste

Descriptif du poste

You will join our Sales team as an Account Executive. Your main task will be to generate, develop and close sales opportunities (MRE solutions for maritime offshore activities such as wind farms, submarine cables, O&G, etc.).

More specifically, you will be in charge of:

  • Identifying and developing new B2B leads,

  • Driving conversion of leads to customers through account research, identifying key players, and generating interest in SINAY solutions,

  • Creating and giving effective sales presentations, negotiating and handling objections up to closing the deals,

  • Selling SINAY solutions via calls for tender (following and responding to national and international calls for tender, ensuring Sinay’s listing with prime contractors)

  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience and cultivating lasting business relationships by following-up,

  • Implementing feedback and reporting.

Our Sales team will be committed to offer you the best onboarding they can and pass on their expertise. You will report directly to Thierry (Head of Sales), and you could count on:

  • Alessio (Business Manager),

  • Martin (Account Executive SMB),

  • Steven (International Sales Representative),

  • Tulug (Bid Manager),

  • Marion (Sales Ops),

  • Déborah (Sales Support).


Profil recherché

What we are looking for:

  • MRE expertise,

  • Knowledge of the maritime offshore industry and desire to continuously learn about new trends, competitors, and the market in general,

  • Good understanding of sales methodology in this industry,

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, innovative and persistent with the ability to bounce back from adversity,

  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable using cold calling, email and social media outreach,

  • Solid analytical skills to identify customer needs and reflect on sales practices,

  • Great presentation and negotiation skills,

  • Strong commitment to customer success,

  • Positive team-player,

  • Fluent spoken/written French and English, other languages appreciated.


Déroulement des entretiens

  1. A short phone interview with Guillaume (Talent Acquisition Manager)

  2. Two or three interviews with Thierry (Head of Sales), David (Managing Director) and Yanis (Founder and CEO)

  3. Technical assessment
