We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who speaks fluent either French, Italian, Spanish, OR German to join our team.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing Artist Inquiries: Through a pipeline of support tickets from our artists with various questions (from their portfolios, pricing, and presence on the platform), you are there to quickly and effectively answer!

  • Contribute to Artist Success Projects to increase artist happiness and increase NPS.

Profil recherché

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about customer relations. You are a total people person and have excellent skills in written and verbal communication.

  • Resilient on the phone. You beam confidence and assurance on the phone when you need to call artists who have support questions! You don’t shy away from making a phone call.

  • Organized and autonomous. You think and work in a structured manner, can prioritize tasks, and implement new ideas in a fast-paced environment independently.

  • A problem solver. You don’t back down from a challenge and can always find a solution to unexpected situations thanks to your creativity.

  • Fluent in either French, Spanish, Italian OR German (for the core missions)

  • Fluent/proficient in English (our working/office language)

  • Experienced in client-facing positions or customer services
