Sales Account Executive @Skillup :

To support our growth and strengthen our sales team, Skillup is looking for an account executive with 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
 
Our clients are medium-sized companies: Accor, BPI, AON, Renault Sport, Intersport,… who wish digitalize their talent management strategy (or process)
 
Your mission:

  • Present the solution to new prospects, your preferred contact is the HR manager

  • Design commercial offers that are specifically tailored to meet the prospect’s needs

  • Lead negotiations with prospects

  • Close sales opportunities

  • Monitor your customer portfolio  
     
    You are supported by the Marketing and Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to obtain new leads. You also know how to generate your own opportunities.

Profil recherché

What we are looking for : 

  • You have 3 to 4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record

  • You know how to communicate with  and convince decision-makers 

  • You already have experience in long-term sales with Mid-Market / ETI companies 

  • Pragmatic and resourceful, you are a “doer” who gets things, quickly and well 

  • Creative, curious and autonomous, you are ambitious and want to contribute to the growth of a start-up  

  • You want to contribute to a team of high-performance individuals.


Déroulement des entretiens

Interview Process:

1️⃣ Conversation/Call (30 min) with Julie, Talent Acquisition Manager
2️⃣ Exchange (1h) with Hugues, co-founder of Skillup, to better understand your background, your experiences and your expectations. This will also be an opportunity for you to ask us any questions about the role and organization.
3️⃣ Role-Play (1h) with Nicolas, co-founder of Skillup, to examine  your skills.
4️⃣ Office visit to meet the team and verify your fit with our culture and team members.
