As part of our growth in North America, we are looking for a VIE Business Developer / Sales Manager to develop our business and strengthen our presence among key accounts.

Your main responsibilities will include:

 Business Development

  • Identify and prospect new clients and strategic partners.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of potential customers.
  • Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of our commercial strategy in Canada.

Sales Process Management

  • Conduct sales meetings and present Sopra Steria’s solutions.
  • Develop commercial proposals in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence & Networking

  • Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase Sopra Steria Canada’s visibility.
  • Collaborate with teams in France and Canada to share best practices.

VIE Program Details

Eligibility: You must meet the requirements of the Business France VIE program (under 29 years old, EU citizen).
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: According to Business France VIE allowances.

Profil recherché

Graduate from a business school, engineering school, or university (Master’s degree) with a specialization in business, sales, or management.

 Skills & Qualities:

  • First experience in business development or B2B sales, ideally in IT or consulting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of technological environments and digital transformation challenges (a plus).
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
