About the team:

The Digital Marketing Team at Sopra Banking Software is a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to driving the company’s online presence and customer acquisition strategies. This team is at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge digital marketing techniques to engage with target audiences, generate high-quality leads, and enhance brand visibility across global markets. With members hailing from over six different nationalities, our team brings a rich blend of perspectives and expertise to the table.

Responsibilities:

1.Content Project Management:

  • Assist with the planning, creation, and distribution of digital content on YouTube targeting B2B audiences.

  • Manage content workflows using project management tools and collaborate with design, product, and content teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Take part in conducting keyword research and SEO analysis to identify opportunities for content improvement.

2.Campaign Management:

Online Software Catalogs Management:

  • Assist with optimizing product listings on various online software catalogs. Ensure product descriptions are detailed, visually appealing, and include optimized SEO keywords.

  • Regularly update catalogs with the latest product features, ensuring consistency across platforms.

Email Marketing Campaigns:

  • Design, write, and implement email campaigns that nurture leads, engage existing clients, and promote software updates on Account Engagement (ex-Pardot). Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize performance continuously.

3. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and report on content & campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Matomo, Looker Studio, etc.). Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor email marketing KPIs and provide weekly reports on performance metrics.

Qualifications

You’re a motivated, detail-oriented individual passionate about digital marketing and eager to work in a dynamic international B2B SaaS environment. This role requires a quick learner with a strong curiosity for digital marketing trends, AI, and best practices. You are currently enrolled in a relevant master’s degree program (Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field) and looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship. You are fluent in English & French (reading, speaking and writing).

  • Copywriting Skills: Ability to write persuasive, concise, and audience-targeted content.

  • SEO & Keyword Knowledge: Understanding of SEO fundamentals and preferably experience with tools like Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

  • Project Management: Familiarity with project management software for task coordination (e.g., Notion).
