As an Accelerator Analyst, you’ll work directly with our global team and have the chance to work independently on a variety of exciting projects. Your key responsibilities include:

• Startup Scouting – Source and identify promising startups that align with Starburst’s investment and partnership interests.

• Startup Coordination – Manage applications and the selection process for startup candidates, including maintaining program records and ensuring smooth communication.

• Analysis and Research – Conduct in-depth analyses of companies, markets, and industry trends, and contribute to competitive assessments, target market studies, and expert interviews.

• Presentation and Preparation – Create and manage one-pagers and presentations to showcase startups to corporate partners and internal teams.

• Industry Networking – Engage with entrepreneurs, experts, and stakeholders to gather insights and relevant information.

• Event Support – Assist in organizing and executing Starburst events like accelerator kick-offs, demo days, matchmaking sessions, and pitch events.

Who You Are:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated (internship only) from an engineering or business program.

• Knowledgeable about the startup ecosystem and passionate about innovation.

• A team player who also thrives when working independently.

• Fluent in English and German.

What You Bring:

• A keen interest in aerospace and innovation.

• Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a drive to work in an agile, small team.

• Project management experience is a plus.
