✨ The Role

As a Paid Acquisition Manager at Staycation, you’ll own our paid marketing channels and play a key role in driving the company’s growth. You’ll manage multi-channel ad campaigns, optimize performance, and collaborate closely with the Growth, Brand, and external creative teams to ensure our paid acquisition efforts align with Staycation’s strategy and tone of voice. You’ll constantly test, analyze, and iterate to scale our performance while keeping our ads engaging and on-brand.

đź“Ť Key Responsibilities

  • Execute, optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms and identify new opportunities to increase performance

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, LTV) to assess campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Manage and participate in allocating the paid advertising budget across channels to maximize return on investment.

  • Collaborate with the Creative Designer and Brand Team to produce and iterate on ad visuals, messaging, and user-generated content (UGC).

  • Developed a robust testing and learning framework, including well-documented test results and actionable insights.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, experiment with new tools and channels, and implement innovative approaches to drive growth.

  • Work closely with the Growth Lead to align paid marketing strategies with Staycation’s broader objectives.

  • Ensure all campaigns reflect Staycation’s brand identity, tone of voice, and storytelling approach.

In your first 3 months, you’ll have:

  • Conducted a full audit of our existing campaigns and provided strategic improvement recommendations.

  • Taken full ownership of paid channel performance, launching initial tests and optimizations to achieve quick wins on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and an active contribution to weekly performance monitoring.

  • Established efficient workflows with the Creative Designer and Brand Team to ensure a steady production of high-performing ad creatives.

In your first 12 months, you’ll have:

  • Consistently met or exceeded performance marketing KPIs, including ROAS and CPA targets.

  • Successfully scaled our paid campaigns, including testing new channels (e.g., Pinterest, Snapchat) and formats (e.g., app install campaigns).

  • Developed a robust testing and learning framework, including well-documented test results and actionable insights.

  • Delivered a steady flow of high-impact creatives in collaboration with the design and brand teams.

This position is based in Paris, 20th district with a hybrid work setup.

🎯 You’re the Ideal Fit If You Have:

Must-Haves

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid acquisition campaigns (agency or startup setting).

  • Strong proficiency in ad platforms like Google Ads (SEA, Peformance Max, DGEN), Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads and ASA/GUAC.

  • Experience with budgeting, A/B testing, and performance monitoring using metrics like ROAS, CPA, and CTR.

  • A data-driven approach to marketing, with solid knowledge of tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

  • A collaborative mindset with experience working with designers and creative teams.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for experimenting with new trends and tools in paid marketing.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with additional platforms like Pinterest, Snapchat, Bing or Outbrain/Taboola.

  • Knowledge of tracking and analytics tools like Metabase.

  • A strong creative eye for developing and refining ad visuals or messaging.
