✨ The Role
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll shape the Staycation team of tomorrow in France and across Europe. You’ll fully own how we hire: building a thoughtful recruitment engine, partnering with every team, and helping us grow with care and ambition. This is a key role to support our next chapter.
Your role revolves around three key pillars:
Partner with the hiring managers to define the role: scope, ideal profile, success KPIs
Design the best hiring strategy for each role
Write job descriptions, co-create interview kits and scorecards with the teams
Source and engage top candidates through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies, using smart, creative outreach
Run fit interviews on your own and share insights with managers
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience: timely, thoughtful, and consistent from first contact to final offer
Help boost our employer brand on key platforms (Welcome to the Jungle, JobTeaser, careers page…)
Track your activity and monitor performance to continuously improve
Own and evolve our recruitment stack (ATS, sourcing tools, automation, etc.)
Lead initiatives to level up the experience
Suggest and implement improvements in process, rituals, content, tools...
This position is based in Paris, 20th district with a hybrid work setup.

Have 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in a startup environment
Are used to hiring tech roles, and bonus points if you’ve touched creative, growth, sales or data profiles too
You’re confident sourcing through both inbound and outbound channels, and know how to make your outreach feel smart and personal
Love working with people and are trusted as a true business partner by hiring managers
Are well-organized, meticulous, and care deeply about the candidate experience
Think in systems and numbers, you're data-driven and always improving
Are hands-on, proactive, and take ownership without waiting for permission
Experience working with an ATS is a big plus, and if you already know Ashby, even better!
And last but not least... you’re fluent in French and English
