We offer the opportunity of joining a highly skilled team sales team to help pushing our solutions to a broader community. We are looking for a talented individual who will help us to accelerate the market awareness and adoption of our platform and introduce it in the rapidly expanding Digital PCR market in Germany.
This is an opportunity to have a large impact on developing a technology that will have far-reaching impacts across biological sciences.

The Role
We are looking for someone who enjoys doing business development, with a \”hunter\” profile mentality. Your main responsibilities will be to identify, participate and win as many deals as you can in your territory using your ability/capabilities to search for opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
* Identify business opportunities and projects within your region
- Collaborate with Marketing on creating a marketing plan as well as attend conferences and exhibitions.
* Ability to drive both business & Technical discussions with customers to understand their requirements and provide a suitable solution.
- Care and support of the assigned customers, while maintaining the highest level of integrity with all customer interactions
* Represent Stilla through active participation in sales training, seminars and various tradeshows and roadshows. Organize and perform product demonstrations at customers’ sites (with scientific support as needed).
* Prepare and organize seminars and/or webinars to a wide array of audiences.
* May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.


Profil recherché

  • Requires a Master degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
    * Requires a minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in Life Sciences, with dPCR/qPCR instrumentation sales track record being a real bonus.
    - Must understand the funding cycles of capital equipment and tracking of all sales activities and metrics in a CRM.
    * Broad knowledge of genomics technologies (PCR, qPCR, dPCR, NGS) and their applications.
    * Ability to work independently and as part of a team toward corporate goals.
    * Must be available for up to 50% of time for travel and time in the field for customer visits. Travel may include overnight stays. Travel within the assigned territory will be a significant part of the job
    * Result driven and accountable for his region.
    * Excellent German & English communication skills.
