The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategies for Stilla Technologies’ products portfolio. The primary mission of the Senior Product Marketing Manager is to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to different customer segments. He/She works in close relationship with Product Management Team and acts as the bridge between product development and the market, translating complex technical features into clear, compelling benefits for our target audience. It is a pivotal role in shaping product messaging, conducting competitive analysis, and supporting sales teams with the right marketing collateral.
Location: Villejuif (Paris) / Part time Remote or full remote possible with at least an on-site visit on a monthly basis
Traveling time 50%
- Create and refine product messaging and positioning that clearly communicates the value and differentiation of our Crystal Digital PCR products in the four area of focus (Cell and Gene Therapy, Oncology, Microbiology and Applied Testing) and clearly articulate the benefits of our products to customers
o Crafts messaging for each segment and work in close relation with the campaign manager and designers to deliver them to targeted audiences
* Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
o Understands digital PCR markets and customers’ needs in the four area of focus (Cell and Gene Therapy, Oncology, Microbiology, Applied testing)
o Refines/defines market segmentation
* Monitors markets trends and evolutions mainly by being on the field
o Identifies emerging area of focus
o Conducts competitor analysis
- Leverage real-world success stories to build credibility and showcase the impact of our tools in the four area of focus
* Participates to the elaboration of the yearly marketing plan
- Works closely with R&D, sales and product management to drive product success

Master degree or PhD in molecular biology (Background knowledge to navigate the four area of focus)
Knowledge of PCR applications is a plus
5+ years of product marketing experience, with a strong background in life sciences or biotechnology industry.
Proven success in launching and marketing technical products, particularly tools or instruments for life science research
Ability to think strategically about market positioning while executing marketing programs at a detailed level
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

English speaker
French is a plus
Ability to work effectively with different professionals in an international team environment and on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Willing to travel internationally mainly US & EMEA 50 %
