Join our Security team at Swan as a GRC Security Apprentice. In this role, you’ll work with the GRC Security Officer to protect our IT environment. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that upholds high-security standards through innovative solutions and collaborative problem-solving.

Your primary mission is to assist in the development and implementation of our GRC strategies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and minimizing operational risks.

✨ Main tasks

• Assist in the assessment and analysis of compliance with security policies and regulations.

• Contribute to the development of risk management plans.

• Participate in the creation and revision of company-wide best security practices.

• Support the team in conducting security audits and generating comprehensive reports.

• You possess a keen interest in Cybersecurity, especially in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

• You have a basic understanding of cybersecurity governance and compliance, with knowledge of key standards/regulations like ISO 27001 and DORA.

• You are detail-oriented, with the capability to see the larger scope and how daily details impact overall compliance and risk management.

• You exhibit strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.

• You are proactive about learning new technologies and adapting to changing environments.
