Swan is expanding rapidly across Europe. The People Team is playing a pivotal role in driving our success. As a HR Project Manager, you will be a key member of the people team, reporting directly to Anne, our Chief People Officer.
As HR Project Manager, your mission will focus on designing and executing Swan’s talent management and learning strategies, ensuring employees are equipped for current and future roles while driving engagement and HR initiatives. The position involves creating company-wide training programs, competency frameworks, and leadership development, while also managing cross-functional HR projects like performance management, onboarding, and engagement surveys. You will oversee the training budget, collaborate with external partners, and ensure effective administrative follow-up and scalability of learning systems.

HR Projects
Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while ensuring a high return on investment for all learning and development initiatives.
Drive transverse HR projects, collaborating with HRBPs on strategic initiatives such as : diversity & inclusion, knowledge management, HR processes…
Develop and implement a comprehensive competency framework, defining key competencies for each role across the company and enabling targeted development reviews, skill assessments, and career progression planning for employees.
Learning & Development:
Design and implement a company-wide training plan, aligned with Swan’s business goals, talent development strategy, and employee growth objectives.
Oversee the design and execution of management and leadership development programs aimed at enhancing team management capabilities across all levels.
Build and sustain internal training programs engaging internal subject matter experts to deliver content while also identifying and partnering with external training providers for specialized needs.
Ensure administrative follow-up of all training programs, tracking attendance, ensuring timely certifications, and confirming that learning objectives are met.
Work with external entities such as OPCOs (French training organizations), to ensure that training programs are properly subsidized and that required documentation is in place for financial support.
Engagement:
Lead cross-functional HR projects that touch on employee engagement (surveys), performance management in collaboration with other HR teams and business leaders.
Lead the onboarding program, ensuring that new hires have a seamless integration into Swan’s culture and are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.

You have +3 years of experience in HR project management, HRBP or HR Generalist role.
You have experience in a fast pace environment.
You have strong skills in project management related to HR.
You have already led leadership development initiatives from junior to C-Level.
You have experience on designing and implementing training plans and talent development strategies.
You have experience on developing competency framework development.
You have the ability to handle multiple priorities and you are organised.
You have strong problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
You speak fluently in both French & English.
