Join our dynamic Risk Projects Department as a Senior Project Manager specializing in Regulatory Documentation and Risk/Compliance Processes.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive review of the regulatory documentation framework, including its restructuring, gap identification, assessment of completeness, and the implementation of an efficient and sustainable update process. You will also lead the integration of AI-driven solutions to enhance the accessibility and utilization of this documentation while facilitating knowledge dissemination across the organization.
Additionally, you will oversee the implementation, revamping, and optimization of risk-related processes across the company, ensuring a structured and efficient approach. You will also manage key committees, including new product and Risk Committees, embedding compliance by design and leveraging AI insights for smarter risk decision-making.
Beyond these core responsibilities, you will be involved in various projects that may arise, adapting to the organization’s evolving needs. You will also play a key role in training initiatives, contributing to the upskilling of teams on risk processes, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
✨ Your responsibilities
Project management: Oversee, coordinate, and execute projects related to regulatory requirements, compliance and FinCrime frameworks
Documentation: Draft clear and concise documentation for risk policies and processes, facilitating uniform adherence throughout the enterprise.
Continuous process optimization: Develop and execute standardized risk processes that comply with best banking practices.
Knowledge management: Create and sustain an up-to-date and accurate AI-powered risks knowledge base.
Audit preparedness: Ensure thorough and organized compliance documentation is ready for audits and maintain strict document control.
Committee leadership: Lead the new product and Risk management Committees ensuring that risk considerations are embedded within each decision.
Risk Integration: Collaborate with various departments to integrate risk standards into the organizational culture and operations.
Training and education: Design and deliver employee training and awareness sessions on new risks / compliance systems and processes.
✨ You’re a great match if:
You have at least 7 years of experience in risk/compliance project management (documentation, Knowledge and/or Process Management), particularly in Fintech, Payment Providers, or traditional banking environments.
You have an excellent understanding of banking regulations and the aptitude to ensure ongoing adherence to such standards.
You are familiar with the organization and management of committees.
You are passionate about leveraging innovative AI tools to make compliance information more structured, accessible, and automated.
You have a proven track record of developing and implementing standardized risk processes in line with best practices in the banking industry.
You have experience collaborating across different departments to integrate risk standards seamlessly into business culture and day-to-day operations.
