As a leading company in the field of IRVE, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Project Manager to join SWISH Italy.
The Junior Project Manager will be involved in the planning, coordination and execution of electric vehicle infrastructure projects.
Your responsibilities:
Help coordinate project phases from planning and design to implementation.
Help monitor project schedules, budgets and resources to ensure they are aligned with objectives.
Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Work with supplies and subcontractors to facilitate project delivery.
Handle initial service escalations, provide timely updates to customers and ensure problem resolution.
Help identify recurring issues and work with the team to propose solutions.
Support the planning and coordination of the maintenance of installed charging point equipment.
Help prepare technical and commercial proposals, working closely with the sales team.
Contribute to customer presentations and discussions by providing technical information.
Contribute to the collection and submission of permits and documentation required for project approval.
Participate in quality controls to ensure project deliverables meet company standards.
Education: 3 to 5 years’ higher education in engineering, project management, management or a technical field related to the business sector.
Experience :
1 to 2 years’ experience in project coordination or management, preferably in renewable energy, e-mobility or related fields.
Basic understanding of IRVE switching equipment, including contained current chargers.
Relevant experience in medium voltage (MV) projects, including understanding of MV electrical systems and infrastructure.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams.
Good knowledge of project management tools is desirable.

Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
