As a teale partner, your primary role will be to provide individual remote sessions (teleconsultations) for employees of our client companies (based on your availability).
In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Master’s degree in Psychology, or the legally required qualification to practice as a psychologist/psychotherapist in your country of residence.
Experience in CBT, Schema Therapy, ACT, EMDR, Mindfulness (or other science-based approaches).
At least 3 years of clinical practice.
Native Korean, German, Finnish, Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian.
Fluent English. French is a plus but not required.
Passion for using technology to expand access to mental health care.
Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration.
All expertise is welcome! The most requested topics include work-related stress and challenges, anxiety disorders, but all clinical areas and expertise are valued. You will have the opportunity to receive patients based on your specific areas of expertise.
You’ll meet with one of the three psychologists from Care Team : Sophie, Pia or Anaïs.
First meeting: A chance for us to get to know each other and explore your interests and background, and for you to ask any questions about how we work.
Second meeting: A deeper dive into your clinical practice to ensure it aligns with our scientific advisory board’s guidelines.
