Reporting to the General Accountant, and working closely with the Junior Financial Controller, you will help to deliver up-to-date Team Vitality’s financial statements.

You would use SAP by design ERP for the most part.

Your main missions will include :

Suppliers accounting and expense report

• Checked invoices with payments made
  Made journal entries

• Checked expenses report

• Bank reconciliation statement data collection

Accounts Receivable

• Made sales entries

• Customer reminders (follow-up of payment due dates)

• Cyber Café’s sales revenues : data entry and analysis

Cash

• Update of the exchange rate in SAP

• Balances the cash register and makes bank deposits with the Junior Financial Controller

Reporting

• Monitoring stocks

• Helped with providing data in merchandising reporting

Other

• Made journal entries via the accounting mailbox

• Helped in preparing monthly closing

Accounting for the material assets

• Updated assets statement with the office manager

• Follow-up to the offboarding

• 3rd year of Bachelor Degree or Master in an accounting school or business school specialised in finance or accounting

• Good knowledge on french accounting & tax

• Comfortable working in an international environnement

• English reading and writing skills

• Comfortable with Excel
