We are currently seeking a Global Legal Operations Excellence Coordinator, with a direct report to our Director of Global Legal Operations Excellence, to join our team based in Nanterre/La Défense.

About the mission we offer you:

Your role will be to support the Global Legal Operations Excellence program which purpose is to transform the Legal Contracts and Compliance Department (LCC) to be in a capacity to meet the business objectives.

 

Communication

  • To coordinate the drafting and timely publication of each LCC Newsletter (articles, writers, pictures)
  • To ensure regular and quality posting through the LCC Viva Engage channel
  • To update as often as is required the LCC Intranet (e.g., Org.Charts, ID Cards)
  • To contribute to the deployment of legal design within the department

 

Knowledge Management

  • To ensure regular quality check of the documents available (Matter Management Tool)
    • To connect the authors
    • Make sure of the update
    • Respect of classification, naming convention
  • To coordinate KM relays in the 7 LCC Groups

 

Training

  • To organize the training of the legal professional according to the LCC yearly training program (which includes the onboarding training sessions)
  • To organize training sessions (agendas, trainers, trainees, materials)
  • To track the training attendance, issue the post training surveys and implement improvements suggestions resulting from such surveys 

 

Events

  • To organize the LCC All Staff Meeting and handle the logistics aspects of the event (send invitation, book auditorium and coffee breaks, coordinate with IT Assistance)
  • To contribute to the managers seminar organization
  • To organize, plan and attend LCC bi-monthly meetings

 

LCC Target Operating Model (TOM)

  • To attend TOM Steerco
  • To prepare slide deck and minutes

 

About you:

To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA– Business School
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within an international context and/or within international experience
  • Good degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
  • Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.
  • Positive employee experience mind set 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive attitude and always strive for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent level of English 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office 365
  • Good Communication skills
  • Appetite for digital tools
  • Meeting animation and good writing skills
