We are currently seeking a Head of Brand & Identity, reporting directly to VP Corporate Communications to join our Internal Communication team based in Paris/Nanterre.

About the mission we offer you:

 

We are seeking an experienced Head of Brand & Identity to join our dynamic corporate communications team. Reporting to the Corporate Communications VP, the ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience, preferably in the B2B sector, and will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels, and enhancing our market presence. This multi-skilled professional will act as the strategic leader for all brand-related initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand strategy development: create and implement comprehensive brand strategies (brand platform, architecture, identity, tone of voice) that align with Technip Energies goals and vision
  • Brand management: Oversee the development and execution of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all communication and marketing materials.
  • In-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning and messaging. 
  • Brand identity promotion: Supervise brand promotion tools such as goodies
  • Creative oversight: Lead the creative direction for all brand-related projects, working closely with creative teams to ensure high-quality output, especially pictures and videos
  • EVP (Employee Value Proposition) activation: create employee-generated content, especially video employee testimonials, support employee advocacy program, work with talent acquisition team to highlight messaging in job postings and career sites
  • Sponsorship: Manage impactful sponsorship programs to promote Technip Energies
  • Collaboration: Work closely with top management and various departments to ensure cohesive brand platform, architecture and design. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Brand performance:
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand equity and drive brand advocacy

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in brand management and identity development, ideally for a B2B company, working with colleagues in multiple locations and across time zones, and for a large organization
  • Skills: Ability to put in place an effective and impactful brand architecture, platform, identity and tone of voice, full knowledge of graphics chain, creativity and ability to make proposals, strong strategic thinking, excellent organizational and project management skills, flair for operations and business, ability to work effectively and collaboratively with individuals across the organization and at all levels.
  • Education: Higher education in communications, design, marketing, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent both in French and English (oral and written proficiency in both languages imperative)
  • Personal Attributes: Organized, flexible team-player with a positive mindset and a good sense of humor, with a quality of rigor while being creative and curious
